Home Delivery Driver

Overview

We are seeking reliable Home Delivery Drivers to join our team. This role involves active, independent work delivering groceries to customers while representing our company with excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow correct procedures for safe loading of the delivery van, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere consistently to safe driving standards and practices.
• Conduct routine checks on the delivery van to ensure proper functioning.
• Deliver food items in optimal condition to customers.
• Offer outstanding customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with store duties when necessary.
• Work independently while managing time effectively.
• Be flexible to work shifts, which may start as early as 6am or as late as 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Exhibit punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines reliably.
• Maintain strong awareness of road safety regulations and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of £13.71.
