Home Appliance Installer

Role Overview

This is a long-term, full-time installation role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position offers a salary of AED 5,500 and involves working directly at customer sites to install and support a range of home appliances.

Key Duties

• Install and commission household appliances including washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, ovens, dishwashers, and water heaters at customer premises.
• Make sure all units are correctly connected to electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems while meeting safety standards.
• Carry out functional checks after installation to verify safe and proper operation.
• Explain basic usage and product care to customers after setup.
• Identify and resolve installation issues, and complete minor repairs when needed.
• Work according to manufacturer instructions and the company’s installation process.
• Keep tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Respond to customer questions professionally and aim to deliver a positive service experience.
• Record installation information, service notes, and customer confirmation of completion.
• Coordinate with supervisors or service teams when technical problems require additional support.
• Follow all safety procedures and use the required protective gear during each job.
• Plan work efficiently so multiple installations can be completed within deadlines.

Experience and Skill Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in home appliance installation is required.
• English communication skills are needed for customer interaction.
• A valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Applicants should be able to install appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators.
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing connections is necessary.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability is expected.
• Candidates must be open to travelling to customer locations.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
