Head - Supply Chain Manager (Senior Manager)

About the Role

Rakon, a company under Bourns, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Head - Supply Chain Manager (Senior Manager) to oversee comprehensive supply chain activities across India. This top-level managerial position involves steering end-to-end operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align manufacturing and demand.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels for maximum operational efficiency.
• Oversee stores management and dispatch functions to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Ensure compliance with logistics and regulatory requirements, including Special Economic Zone (SEZ) rules and import/export regulations.
• Provide team leadership, fostering operational excellence and effective stakeholder engagement.

Candidate Profile

• 15 to 18 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management.
• Strong experience in manufacturing or electronics sectors.
• Proficient in SAP systems, supply planning, logistics, and inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability in leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; MBA is preferred.
• Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are advantageous.
