Job Overview

The Program Manager – Networking & CCTV will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery of projects including Networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, Firewall, Access Control, and IT Infrastructure. This role demands management of project operations, leading field engineers, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating vendors, and ensuring project profitability while meeting deadlines, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement project plans and timelines; monitor progress to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Organize and supervise daily operations for Networking, CCTV, Wi-Fi, Firewall, and IT Infrastructure teams; efficiently allocate manpower based on priorities and skills.
• Guide, mentor, and oversee performance of field engineers and technicians; conduct meetings, track attendance, and address technical escalations.
• Manage installation, commissioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and AMC services; uphold SLA commitments and expedite emergency support.
• Maintain primary customer contact, conducting review meetings, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through project lifecycle and sign-offs.
• Collaborate with Presales, Design, Procurement, and Support teams; verify technical designs and ensure installation adheres to OEM standards and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical support, material delivery, warranty, and RMA handling.
• Plan and deploy resources including engineers, tools, and inventory; monitor usage and optimize allocation.
• Oversee financial aspects such as budget control, cost tracking, purchase request validation, billing milestones, payment monitoring, and managing change requests.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, prepare reports at various intervals, and archive all project-related materials properly.
• Conduct quality assurance through site inspections, checklist compliance, and verify commissioning before handover.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical challenges to management.
• Enforce compliance with customer safety policies and EHS standards; ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and maintain statutory documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining execution processes, establishing SOPs, promoting automation, and applying lessons learned from project reviews.

Required Skills and Expertise

• In-depth understanding of Enterprise Networking including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, IP Cameras, Access Control, and Structured Cabling.
• Familiarity with Firewalls, VPNs, Switching, Routing, and Wireless networking components.
• Strong abilities in project planning, coordination, leadership, and team management.
• Proven customer relationship and vendor management capabilities.
• Competence in budget management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other project tracking tools.

Education and Experience

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. They must have between 5 to 10 years of experience in Networking, CCTV, IT Infrastructure, or System Integration, with at least 3 years in managing project teams and customer-facing projects.
