Role Expectations
- Conduct daily inspections and undertake minor repairs, such as fixing leaking taps, replacing light bulbs, clearing pathways, cleaning air conditioning filters, and maintaining pool filters.
- Maintain guest facilities and lodge equipment including air-conditioning and pools.
- Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance tasks like servicing generators, inspecting roofing and water heaters, and conducting pest and termite inspections.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 1 to 2 years' experience in a maintenance or similar capacity, with practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Demonstrates reliability, adaptability to shift work, effective multitasking, and excellent time management within fast-paced hospitality settings.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, integrity, dedication to guest satisfaction, safety awareness, and alignment with Accor’s Heartist values.
