Key Responsibilities

• Offer guests a heartfelt welcome by greeting them upon arrival and managing the check-in procedure efficiently, including verifying guest information, room assignment, key issuance, and providing welcome materials and bell assistance.
• Handle the check-out process smoothly by confirming billing details, processing payments, issuing receipts, and using the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Possess and share extensive knowledge about hotel offerings, room categories, pricing, promotions, and local area attractions to respond effectively to guest queries.
• Encourage the use of hotel services and amenities by tactfully promoting offers to maximize room and ancillary revenue.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and requests, resolve issues thoughtfully and expediently, and efficiently manage communication channels and messages.
