Position Overview

The Guest Arrival Expert plays a key role in creating unforgettable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Responsible for guiding guests smoothly through arrival and departure procedures, this role ensures each interaction is warm, seamless, and personalized. The expert is authorized to proactively attend to operational tasks and guest requests, encompassing processing transactions, generating reports, and providing details about local attractions to enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver diverse services that assist guests during arrival and departure processes, making guest interactions engaging and part of the overall experience.
• Handle guest requests promptly and accurately, maintaining a hands-on approach to operational duties such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects as needed.
• Contribute to a safe and professional work environment by adhering strictly to company policies, confidentiality standards, and protecting company property.
• Maintain personal grooming, professional appearance, and effective communication standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Education requirement: Completion of high school or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience or supervisory background is necessary.
• No specific licenses or certifications are required.

Additional Information

The role is based on The Pearl Island in Doha, Qatar, and is a full-time, non-management position requiring on-site attendance. The physical demands include the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and safely handle items weighing up to 50 pounds independently, or more with assistance.
