This role involves managing a portfolio of significant, technically challenging insurance claims while collaborating with a distinguished team of senior experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage significant and complex loss claims effectively
• Work closely with insurers, brokers, and stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships
• Apply advanced negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills to drive claim settlements
• Oversee complex claim portfolios with a commercial and client-centered perspective
• Commit to continual professional development and maintain technical expertise

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in handling major and complex loss adjusting assignments
• Hold qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA, or their recognised equivalents
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
