Graphic Designer

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the entire eLearning content development lifecycle from a visual design standpoint. This includes interpreting content, developing visual concepts, assisting with storyboarding, creating multimedia assets such as graphics, animations, and audio/video components, constructing courses, performing quality assurance checks, and managing deployment tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience handling end-to-end eLearning visual design processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects with changing priorities effectively.
• Strong aptitude for independent work while maintaining excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise.

Technical Proficiencies

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with audio/video editing software such as Camtasia and Audacity.
• Experience working with animation platforms like Vyond, Synthesia, and Powtoon.
• Competence in Articulate Storyline and Rise for course development.
• Good command of Microsoft Office 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
