About the Role
TekWissen, a global talent solutions provider, is offering a temporary graphic designer position located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The assignment lasts one month and supports a leading global brand specializing in personal care and home fragrance products such as fine fragrance mists, body lotions, 3-wick candles, diffusers, and liquid hand soaps.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide daily graphic design assistance for multiple campaigns and internal projects.
- Produce marketing materials and prepare polished presentation decks for various audiences.
- Create detailed PrePro decks outlining marketing requirements and specifics for each floorset or job.
- Collaborate with design leads to organize and clean design assets ahead of art releases.
- Manage final InDesign file setups promptly and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with file preparation.
- Integrate retouched images into InDesign files prior to handoff.
- Coordinate final approvals by routing files through copy editors and the Art Director.
- Work cross-functionally with Creatives, Copywriters, Creative Services, Traffic, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 2 to 5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other design tools.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals including layout, typography, color theory, and branding standards.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proven capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail with robust organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
