Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will craft impactful visual materials that enhance marketing initiatives, emails, and retail presence, while upholding a coherent brand identity. Key responsibilities include designing sales logos and lockups, email graphics, website banners and coupon visuals, as well as photo retouching to maintain polished, brand-aligned imagery across all platforms. Additionally, you will develop signage files for permanent retail outlets nationwide to guarantee consistent in-store branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce innovative visual designs that uphold and elevate brand quality and consistency.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced setting.
• Apply advanced knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, and layout principles for digital content.
• Create promotional graphics including sale logos, email campaign visuals, website banners, coupon layouts, and perform image enhancements.
• Generate signage files tailored for permanent retail storefronts, ensuring unified brand presentation across all locations.
• Incorporate feedback effectively to refine designs according to creative and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to bring the brand's vision to life through compelling visuals.
• Communicate and coordinate efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Deliver high-quality creative work within deadlines while balancing innovation and practicality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related disciplines; substantial professional experience and a robust portfolio considered equivalently.
• At least two years of professional graphic design experience favored.
• Experience with email marketing, e-commerce, or retail brand design is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and photo editing software is required.
• Experience in creating print-ready files and signage for retail settings is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing promotional graphics, email design, and web banners is essential.
• Familiarity with best practices and standards for digital email and web design.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage diverse simultaneous projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, working collaboratively across teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging between $55,000 and $62,000 determined by experience.
• Eligibility for company benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans after applicable waiting periods.
• Paid holidays and time off as per company policy.

• This is an in-office role based in Johnson City, Tennessee.
