Job Overview
Futuristic Innovative Graphics Inc. is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join their team in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This position involves creating eye-catching designs for various digital and print platforms, requiring a strong grasp of branding, visual storytelling, and a detail-oriented approach to produce superior graphic content that supports the company's marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and implement innovative branding and marketing campaign visuals, including promotional materials.
- Design distinctive logos, icons, and other elements that embody the corporate identity.
- Develop motion graphics and videos utilizing Adobe After Effects and allied animation tools.
- Create digital artwork, illustrations, and photo edits for different projects.
- Design print advertising layouts such as brochures, posters, and signage production materials.
- Work collaboratively with web developers on UI/UX design tasks for websites incorporating WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
- Maintain cohesive color palettes and typography consistency across all visual outputs.
- Prepare polished presentation materials employing tools like InDesign and Sketch.
- Ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines and meets high-quality standards.
- Stay informed on the latest design trends and integrate fresh ideas into projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable graphic design experience, supported by a portfolio featuring branding, digital art, motion graphics, and web design works.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of color management, color theory, typography, layout techniques, and print production workflows.
- Video editing and sign manufacturing experience will be considered a bonus.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively share ideas with clients and team members.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23.68 to $28.52. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
Work Location
This position requires working onsite in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
