Overview

Bay Central Printing is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can handle a diverse range of design projects including page layouts, signage, and corporate branding. The ideal candidate should excel in client communication, meet production deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project briefs to grasp full scope and requirements.
• Plan detailed timelines highlighting milestones and deadlines.
• Draft initial design concepts and present them for client feedback.
• Improve and finalize designs using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve project goals efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals such as typography and layout.
• Knowledgeable about pre-press, file setup, and print processes.
• Experience creating desktop publishing materials like newsletters, business cards, flyers, logos, and brochures.
• Excellent time management capable of balancing multiple deadlines.
• Self-driven, able to produce quality work under tight schedules independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Well-organized and proactive task manager.
• Comfortable utilizing social media and internet platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in graphic design or equivalent role preferred.
• Portfolio with published works is mandatory.
• Creativity with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
