Graduate Program Overview

This unique 12-month rotational graduate program based in the UK immerses participants in various global banking teams. You will undergo specialized induction training focused on both technical expertise and soft skills enhancement. During the program, you will engage with all aspects of global banking operations in a challenging international setting alongside a diverse cohort of graduates from Europe and the Middle East.

Upon completing the UK rotation, you will take up a permanent role within BNP Paribas’s Global Banking division in Saudi Arabia, continuing your professional development in the KSA office.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Saudi nationals graduating in 2025 or 2026 with less than two years of work experience.
• Demonstrated excellent academic performance (minimum 3.75 GPA on a 5-point scale or 2.75 on a 4-point scale).
• Solid understanding of financial markets with a genuine interest in finance and economic affairs.
• Fluency in English (IELTS minimum 6, TOEFL IBT 60, or PBT 513), unless graduating from an English-speaking accredited university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, well-organized and able to manage time effectively under pressure.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and personal development.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and the capacity to prioritize in a dynamic business environment.
• Competent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and adaptable to banking software applications.
