Role Overview

The Global Controller will act as a key executive responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the corporation's financial statements while upholding an outstanding internal control framework. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this leader manages end-to-end global accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions.

Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience, including 7 years in a senior leadership capacity (VP, SVP, CAO) managing global accounting in a multinational publicly traded entity.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, and SOX-compliant control frameworks.
  • Strong executive presence, communication proficiency, with demonstrated success leading large geographically dispersed teams.
