General Manager - Franchise

Role Overview

The General Manager serves as the top leader for the restaurant and plays a central role in driving the success of the location. This position is responsible for supporting sales targets, maintaining team performance, and ensuring company standards and operating practices are followed. The GM uses established systems and workflows to improve profitability, deliver a strong guest experience, and help build and develop the restaurant team. The role reports to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of management experience is required.
• High school education is required.
• Prior experience in a quick service restaurant is necessary.
• A valid driver's license is required.
