About the Role
This position serves a prominent multinational chemical company's shared service center based in Mumbai Suburban, India. The role involves preparing and reviewing complex journal entries and reconciliations across various accounting areas such as accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assess advanced journal entries and account reconciliations including accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany transactions.
- Evaluate account activities and balance fluctuations to determine the reasons for any reconciling discrepancies or abnormal balances.
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization.
