Role Overview
This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Fund Analyst seeking to broaden their expertise within a private equity environment. The position is a fixed-term contract based in Dublin City Centre, offering substantial remote working flexibility for seasoned professionals. Candidates must already have the right to work in Ireland as it is a contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting records of assigned client funds comprehensively, adhering to relevant local regulations.
- Execute tasks aligned with the Fund Operations Center of Excellence team, meeting deadlines and following standardized workflows, procedures, and templates.
- Input basic data into operational systems and Excel, generate and verify reports, conduct data reconciliations and validations, and oversee system data uploads.
- Maintain compliance with documentation standards, producing thorough documentation packages that demonstrate the work performed, conclusions, and approvals.
- Liaise with the Fund Operations Center of Excellence Team Leader regarding feedback on work, ensuring timely responses and applying those insights to future tasks.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned operational area, including understanding fund-specific attributes affecting processes.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and assist with projects focused on continuous improvement within the Fund Operations Center of Excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Have 3 to 5 years of verified experience in financial services, international accounting, taxation, or trust administration.
- Demonstrate fluency in English.
- Exhibit qualities beyond technical skills such as accuracy, adaptability, and a strong desire for career advancement and success.
