Role Overview

As a Grocery Clerk focused on replenishment duties, you will perform your tasks professionally, responsibly, accurately, and promptly. Your responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, fostering loyalty, and supporting a culture of engagement among employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and corporate policies diligently.
• Order, receive, and stock inventory while adhering to company’s inventory control guidelines.
• Offer outstanding customer service tailored to meet shopper needs.
• Promote featured products actively to boost store sales.
• Maintain back shop and retail floor cleanliness and presentation as per company standards.
• Prepare customer orders when needed.
• Manage department shrink processes as required.
• Assist in training junior team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic, high-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift items up to 20 pounds, and engage in bending, lifting, and reaching tasks.

Workplace Expectations

Candidates must be willing to participate in a hybrid work model, requiring their presence at an office location at least three days per week to promote team collaboration and company culture.

Compensation and Benefits
