Compensation

• Earn between $18 and $20 per hour for regular hours

What You Bring

• A genuine love for children and an engaging, creative approach to childcare, including playing, reading, and arts and crafts
• Strong communication skills with parents and colleagues
• Availability to work at least three days per week between 7 AM and 7 PM
• A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for transportation
• Capability to assist children with homework up to 5th grade in Math and English
• Minimum of one year of hands-on childcare experience with children from infancy onward
• Ability to provide three references: two related to childcare experience (paid or unpaid) and one character reference
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliability and punctuality valued by both our team and families

Certification Requirements

• Completed First Aid and CPR training
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Dynamic and child-focused setting, including cleanup after activities
• Frequent outdoor play, weather permitting
• Regular physical activity such as lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to frequently kneel or get up from the floor throughout the day
• Capability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
