Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer skilled in JavaScript and TypeScript to join remotely on a full-time basis. The primary focus will be designing, building, and maintaining high-quality code to enable the training and optimization of AI models, along with continuous benchmarking and performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement efficient, maintainable code that supports AI model training and enhancement.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to benchmark AI model outputs and analyze findings for ongoing refinement.
- Assess and rank AI-generated responses to user inquiries across multiple fields, ensuring they meet set standards.
- Develop detailed explanations and reasoning behind evaluation outcomes, demonstrating strong analytical and technical skills.
- Lead supervised fine-tuning initiatives by creating and managing high-quality datasets tailored for specific AI tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript for both client- and server-side development.
- Experience developing backend services with Node.js.
- Knowledge of Nest.js framework to structure Node.js applications.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks including React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Ability to produce clear, reusable, and maintainable code.
