Frontend Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Software Engineer for a contract role offering $40 to $50 per hour. This remote position requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week, providing flexibility while working independently within a remote-first team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate visual design resources such as component style guides and interface screenshots into accurate, visually consistent user interface components.
• Develop responsive and pixel-perfect web elements using modern technologies including Typescript and CSS3.
• Maintain strict adherence to established design systems and ensure all UI components meet accessibility guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback asynchronously within the team, supporting seamless remote collaboration.
• Proactively identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies in design specifications to maintain quality standards.
• Enhance user interface performance to achieve fast loading and smooth interactions across various devices.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive relevant experience in frontend development.
• Strong command of Typescript, CSS3, and principles of responsive web design.
• Proven track record of converting detailed visual references into exact pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Experience working with component style guides and contributing to design system extensions.
• Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
