Mindrift is seeking a skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project, creating polished presentations for practical applications. This part-time remote position is suitable for creatives experienced in visual communication, storytelling, and information design.

Role Summary
In this freelance capacity, you will craft compelling visual stories and design clear, hierarchical presentations that distill complex data into elegant, persuasive slides and summaries. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma is required to deliver final, professional-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact pitch decks and one-pagers customized for target audiences.
- Convert intricate data sets into minimalistic and clear visual narratives.
- Enhance presentations with custom typography, sophisticated animations, and consistent visuals.
- Ensure every deliverable maintains a refined, corporate yet creative aesthetic.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to verify alignment, pacing, and brand consistency before delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years’ experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative discipline is advantageous.
Portfolio and Skills
Applicants must present a comprehensive portfolio showcasing sophisticated presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations that demonstrate expertise in pacing, storytelling, and information design — simple templates are insufficient. A detail-oriented, independent work approach is crucial.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced use of presentation applications such as PowerPoint and Keynote for creating dynamic and well-animated slides.
- Strong command of design software including Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma for custom graphic production.
- Capability to distill complicated data and hierarchical information into clear, minimalist visuals.
- Expertise in typography and animation to enhance presentation polish and professionalism.
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience designing premium, corporate-creative style layouts.
