Key responsibilities

- Work alongside product, data, and engineering teams to strengthen detection and prevention capabilities.
- Build and update dashboards, reports, and alerts used for ongoing fraud surveillance.
- Help shape fraud-prevention policies, operational playbooks, and working procedures.
- Spot weak points in the system and recommend changes that improve user trust and platform safety.
Requirements
- Prior background in fraud prevention, risk operations, trust and safety, fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace settings.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with comfort interpreting data and converting it into action.
- Exposure to fraud monitoring platforms, anomaly-detection approaches, or rule-based risk engines.
- Careful attention to detail and a proactive mindset for identifying threats early.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with product, data, and engineering stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Strong English skills are required; higher proficiency is preferred because the working environment is international.
