FP&A Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join a rapidly expanding firm based in Dublin. This prominent position within a well-funded FP&A team offers direct interaction with senior leaders and participation in transformative projects focused on enhancing data utilization and reporting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports and dashboards tailored for senior management review.
• Contribute significantly to the creation of annual budgets and continuous forecasting processes.
• Manage the organization's weekly cash flow reporting alongside projections spanning 12 months.
• Monitor actual financial outcomes versus plans, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Construct financial models to support scenario analysis and commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with finance and operations departments to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Assist in automating and enhancing reporting workflows utilizing Power BI and advanced Excel functions.

Candidate Profile

• Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with between 1 and 3 years post-qualification experience, ideally in FP&A, data analytics, or automation roles.
• Proficient with Excel; experience with Power BI or financial planning systems is advantageous.
• Comfortable managing extensive datasets and able to communicate findings effectively.
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in dynamic, commercially oriented environments.
