Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the daily execution of electrical tasks on commercial sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and workmanship excellence. Collaboration with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, electricians, and apprentices will be fundamental to drive successful project delivery and maintain a constructive and motivated team atmosphere on-site.

Oversee and manage daily site operations
Lead, mentor, and support electricians and apprentices on the team
Coordinate site services and logistical requirements
Engage and liaise effectively with clients and other trade professionals
Uphold stringent health and safety standards
Ensure quality of work and adherence to project schedules
Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges
Foster a positive and professional environment on site

Candidate Profile

We welcome applicants who are either experienced Foremen seeking continued professional growth or Senior Electricians/Leading Hands aspiring to take on leadership responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Possession of New Zealand Electrical Registration
Extensive commercial electrical work experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities or clear potential to lead
Strong organizational and project planning skills
Effective communication and relationship management skills
Dedication to delivering quality workmanship and maintaining safety
A practical approach focused on problem-solving
Ability to lead by example and earn respect within the team
