Key Responsibilities

• Support the management team by overseeing and coordinating daily activities for food service employees in diverse settings such as fast casual dining, coffee counters, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes.
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain a secure environment for all staff on premises.
• Lead orientation sessions and provide training to new employees to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Engage with customers to guarantee satisfaction regarding quality, service, and promptly address any concerns.
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.
• Undertake other duties as assigned, adapting based on specific business needs and client requirements.
