Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to guests, ensuring high standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Oversee and allocate daily tasks, while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain superior food quality and presentation.

Experience and Skills Required

• Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for all aspects of food and beverage.
• Previous leadership experience in a similar food and beverage environment is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams effectively by setting a strong example.
