Job Summary

We seek an experienced Flutter Developer with 2 to 4 years of proficiency in creating cross-platform mobile apps primarily for Android and iOS. The candidate should possess strong skills in Flutter and Dart programming, API integration, UI responsiveness, and application optimization. Experience with backend technologies and generative AI integration is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications compatible across Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.
Develop performant, scalable, and responsive mobile app interfaces.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into apps.
Implement AI-driven features including generative AI functionalities within applications.
Optimize application performance and usability throughout the development cycle.
Adhere to clean architecture principles and enforce code reuse.
Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product teams, and backend developers.
Debug, test, deploy, and maintain apps in production environments.
Participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions.
Utilize modern development tools and AI-powered assistants to enhance productivity.

Technical Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart in cross-platform mobile development.
Expertise in state management techniques such as BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.
Comprehensive knowledge of REST API integration and responsive UI design.
Experience optimizing app performance and following clean architecture patterns.
Proven ability in mobile app deployment and distribution on both Android and iOS platforms.

Generative AI Skills

Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and their application in software.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and usage of OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs.
Experience integrating AI chatbots and implementing AI-assisted development workflows.
Ability to employ AI tools for productivity gain, debugging, code generation, and AI feature development.

Backend and Database Experience (Preferred)

Experience with backend software such as .NET, Node.js, Java, Python, or PHP platforms.
Understanding of backend APIs, RESTful services, and database interactions.
Database expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL with query optimization and design skills.

DevOps and Tools

Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
Basic knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Exposure to cloud technologies like Azure, Docker, or similar environments is advantageous.

Eligibility

Applicants should have a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Information Technology.
