About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Fleet / Workshop Administrator to join our Gisborne team at Fulton Hogan. This pivotal position ensures efficient operation of our fleet and workshop by coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities. Serving as a liaison between fleet users and the workshop, your responsibilities include booking jobs, managing approvals, and maintaining accurate records to keep vehicles compliant, safe, and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize vehicle servicing, repair work, and ongoing maintenance with the workshop team and fleet operators.
- Accurately schedule jobs, monitor approval progress, and keep stakeholders updated on timelines and status.
- Maintain detailed and precise records covering all servicing, compliance, and repair activities.
- Contribute to a safe, compliant work environment by adhering to established safety procedures and Fulton Hogan's Living Safely framework.
- Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling expectations and ensuring vehicles remain available for operational needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years' experience performing similar duties in administration or workshop support roles, preferably involving fleet management.
- Possession of a current Full Class 1 driver license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized maintenance management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent administrative capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-driven and proactive approach with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Technically inclined, collaborative mindset, with a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and delivering quality work.
