Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Fleet Coordinator Assistant to join our Riyadh team, tasked with managing vehicle maintenance requests, handling fleet-related communications, tracking vehicle usage, and evaluating performance metrics. The ideal candidate should uphold high professional standards throughout their work.
Primary Duties
- Receive and process maintenance requests for fleet vehicles.
- Manage all correspondence related to the fleet operations.
- Coordinate and communicate with leasing companies and maintenance personnel.
- Monitor the fleet vehicles and assess their operational performance.
Qualifications
- Possess a diploma or higher qualification in Automotive Engineering or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Preferably recent graduates.
Skill Requirements
- Strong command of English language.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to accommodate flexible working hours.
