Role Summary

This part-time remote Financial Analyst position supports CODAworx in preserving financial stability and enabling well-informed business decisions. The role focuses on reviewing financial information, preparing and checking reports, tracking key performance indicators tied to revenue and operating expenses, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning. It also involves spotting trends, risks, and opportunities, working with internal teams on financial insights, and helping improve reporting and analysis processes.

Qualifications

• A solid grounding in finance and financial planning, including support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Experience working with financial statements and reporting, with the ability to prepare and interpret leadership-facing reports.
• Strong analytical ability, including data analysis, variance analysis, and trend identification.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and financial tools, with advanced Excel skills or similar software.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Good attention to detail, strong organization, and effective time management in a remote, part-time work setup.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills for explaining complex financial information in a simple, concise way.
• Prior exposure to, or genuine interest in, the creative, art, or design space is considered an advantage.
