Job Overview

As a Field Technician, you will report to the Field Manager and undergo an 8-week training program to equip you with necessary skills. Post-training, you will perform maintenance on a variety of ATM and cash payment devices. We provide all essential tools including a mobile phone, comprehensive toolkit, and a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

Identify faults, perform diagnostics and carry out repairs on cash management systems
Travel to various locations to maintain and service devices
Commission, configure, and test equipment
Troubleshoot technical problems with support from a specialized technical team

Candidate Profile

If you enjoy dismantling and reassembling equipment and have a strong willingness to learn, this position could be ideal. You should have a positive attitude, be dedicated, and keen to develop your skills.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for repairing equipment and eagerness to learn new skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
Basic computer literacy
Previous experience in electro-mechanical fields is beneficial
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license is mandatory
