Field Service Representative - Fluid Performance Level III

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver well-site service to customers under general supervision.
• Utilize knowledge gained from formal training in fluid chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized tests, as well as separation equipment theory and operation.
• Collaborate closely with fluids and equipment supervisors and technical personnel to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Exhibit advanced understanding of company products, rig operations, and technologies related to fluids, separation, and waste management processes.
• Maintain professional conduct representing the company while sustaining positive relationships with operators’ representatives and rig staff.
• Perform and analyze results of routine and specialized testing to provide technical recommendations.
• Operate and understand separation and waste management equipment and their impact on fluid performance.
• Prepare and manage inventory of palletized and bulk products and spare equipment at rig sites based on drilling schedules and expected conditions.
• Operate, maintain, and optimize equipment including testing, separation, and waste management tools.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations during all job activities.
• Mentor junior employees and contribute to their skill development.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related fields.
• Completion of Baroid Core Training or equivalent recognized industry course.
• 2 to 4 years of experience working with fluids and separation equipment.
