Field Sales Manager

Job Overview

Vanmoh Chit Funds is seeking a Field Sales Manager based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu to drive sales and expand our customer base. This role involves actively generating leads and achieving set sales targets for our financial products, including Vanmoh Chit Fund offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new clientele through direct field visits, gathering references, making telephonic calls, and networking activities.
• Promote and successfully sell Vanmoh Chit Fund and other associated financial products.
• Identify prospective customers and effectively convert leads into confirmed business.
• Provide comprehensive explanations of product features, advantages, payment schedules, and procedures to customers.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
• Consistently meet monthly targets for sales and revenue.
• Follow up diligently on leads to ensure prompt conversions.
• Maintain accurate daily records of sales and customer engagements.
• Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager and internal departments during the customer onboarding process.
• Engage in promotional activities and marketing efforts locally to enhance brand visibility.

Additional Details

This position is a full-time role based onsite at Coimbatore. The monthly salary ranges from 18000 to 40000 INR.
