Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive the promotion and sales of 3M bodyshop products such as abrasives, polishing agents, and masking materials to automobile workshops, garages, and dealerships within the Delhi-NCR region.

Key Duties

• Conduct visits to automobile workshops and bodyshops to generate new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell 3M automotive products directly to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales; experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ownership or access to a two-wheeler (bike) is preferred to facilitate client visits.
