Job Overview
The position involves recruiting local shops and merchants to join the PhonePe platform. The role focuses on promoting various merchant services such as PhonePe QR Codes and Soundbox devices to enhance payment solutions for businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new merchants to expand PhonePe's business footprint.
- Frequently visit local businesses to promote and sell PhonePe's smart speaker and scanner devices.
- Effectively communicate product details, highlighting features and benefits to demonstrate added value for merchants' operations.
- Maintain daily field visits to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with merchants, providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep precise records of all customer interactions and sales activities slated for the assigned territory.
Candidate Profile
- Capable of building customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Skilled at explaining complex product features simply and persuasively.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration offered ranges from INR 17,000 to INR 27,000.
