Field Sales Executive

Overview

Suraj Furniture is urgently looking to hire a Field Sales Executive to work from their warehouse located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves actively engaging with existing and potential furniture dealers to boost sales and foster strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to current furniture dealers to secure orders.
• Generate fresh leads and onboard new dealers to expand the business network.
• Present and market new furniture products to dealers and clients.
• Convert leads provided by the company into confirmed sales.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with dealers and customers to encourage repeat business.
• Meet monthly sales targets through consistent field activities and visits.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Must have completed 12th standard education.
• Should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in field sales.
• Male candidates are preferred for this position.
• Owning a two-wheeler is mandatory as fieldwork requires traveling.

Working Hours

The working schedule is from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM daily.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000.
• Up to ₹5,000 additional performance-based incentives.
• Petrol allowance is provided to support travel expenses.

• The company supplies leads; however, the role also requires proactive lead generation and business development activities.
