Field Sales Executive

Overview

Paytm Services Private Limited is urgently recruiting motivated Field Sales Executives (FSE) to join their core growth team based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves expanding Paytm's merchant network by onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and business establishments. Employees will work directly on Paytm's payroll and receive official offer letters from the company.

Primary Duties

• Conduct in-person visits to local markets and retail stores to recruit new merchants.
• Install Paytm QR codes at merchant locations.
• Set up Paytm Soundboxes by deploying and activating them for business users.
• Provide training to merchants on using Paytm devices and offer ongoing support to solve their queries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ownership of an Android smartphone.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter.

Additional Information

• Compensation includes a monthly salary ranging from ₹21,000 to ₹45,000.
• High-value weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses are offered to incentivize productivity.
