About the Role
The role involves gaining thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the company. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers through direct contact, verbal communication, and coordination with the marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospects within the designated territory and generate new leads through cold calling, email, chat, and door-to-door visits.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers to persuade them to purchase the company's products or services and fulfill their needs.
- Maintain relationships with customers by following up to encourage repeat business and referrals.
