Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive the promotion and adoption of diverse payment solutions in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves leading market visits to generate new leads and meeting sales goals across multiple financial products including QR codes, card swipe devices, point of sale software, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct market visits consistently to create new sales opportunities.
• Meet predefined sales targets for payment solutions including QR code payments, card swipe machines, POS software, insurance, and other financial products.
• Deploy product offerings effectively at client locations by explaining benefits and recommended usage practices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to drive increased sales conversion rates and client retention.
• Collect regular market feedback regarding existing products and monitor competitors to provide insights for product improvements.
• Facilitate digital payment adoption among unorganized retail merchants by onboarding new clients and educating them on payment acceptance processes and advantages.
• Support existing merchants by promptly resolving any issues that arise.

Requirements

• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably from telecom, banking, retail, wallet services, e-commerce, or other sales backgrounds.
• Fresh graduates demonstrating strong sales capability are encouraged to apply.
