Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to actively promote our pest control services, generate leads, and nurture customer relations. This position requires visiting sites, meeting clients, and consistently achieving sales goals.

Primary Duties

• Seek and create new sales prospects via fieldwork, cold calling, and building networks.
• Perform client site inspections and communicate the advantages of our services.
• Prepare and present cost proposals and service quotations to potential customers.
• Follow up consistently to close deals and reach monthly sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong ties with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Submit daily reports regarding sales activities, prospects, and achievements to the sales manager.
• Work collaboratively with technical and service teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed at least 10+2 or hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience in field sales, marketing, or related roles is preferred, especially in pest control, FMCG, or insurance sectors.
• Proficient communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of working autonomously and complying with sales targets.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is compulsory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary between 12000 and 15000 INR, accompanied by performance-based incentives.
• Travel and fuel expenses reimbursed.
