About the Role
Paytm Payments Services Limited is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Field Sales Executive to facilitate merchant acquisition through the promotion of Paytm QR stickers and Soundbox devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Physically visit local shops and businesses within the assigned area.
- Enroll new merchants onto the Paytm platform.
- Effectively market and promote Paytm QR stickers and Soundbox technology.
- Provide guidance and assistance to merchants in using the Paytm Business application.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a bike and smartphone is mandatory to perform onsite visits.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Open to fresh graduates and newcomers to sales roles.
- Strong communication abilities to engage merchants successfully.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹19,000, supplemented with performance-based incentives.
