Job Overview
PhonePe is looking for driven Field Sales Executives to be part of our key growth team. This position involves being on PhonePe's payroll and focuses on increasing our merchant network by onboarding various local businesses, shops, and retail stores in the Raipur area.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in field onboarding activities, visiting local marketplaces and retail outlets to enlist new merchants.
- Set up PhonePe QR codes at merchant locations to enable payments.
- Deploy and activate PhonePe Soundbox devices, equipping business owners with the required hardware.
- Maintain merchant relationships by providing training on the use of PhonePe devices and addressing any concerns or questions.
Requirements
- Ownership of an Android smartphone is essential for the role.
- Must possess a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter to facilitate travel.
Compensation & Benefits
- A competitive monthly salary ranging between INR 17,000 and INR 27,000.
