Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee operations at various sites across Bangalore. The candidate will manage manpower deployment, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and supervise housekeeping activities involving chemicals and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits across Bangalore to monitor housekeeping standards
• Manage and allocate manpower effectively at assigned sites

Candidate Requirements

• Good command of English and local language
• Proficiency with computers
• Knowledge of Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) regulations
• Familiarity with chemicals and cleaning machinery used
• Must own a bike for site travel
