Job Overview
Klarheit Valuers And Engineering Services Private Limited is seeking a Field Engineer with qualifications in B.E., Diploma in Civil Engineering, or ITI Civil Draftsman. Candidates with any level of experience, including freshers, are encouraged to apply. The position is based in multiple locations across Mumbai such as Vashi, Khargar, Panvel, Dombivali, Kalyan, Thane West, Thane, Ghatkopar, Andheri, and Dadar.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to various properties within assigned areas for valuation activities.
- Take accurate measurements of the surveyed properties.
- Perform local market research to gather current property rates.
- Document physical characteristics and capture photographic evidence of all properties visited.
- Compile detailed site visit reports.
- Forward completed visit reports to the technical team for further processing.
Qualifications and Work Experience
Applicants should possess a B.E., Diploma in Civil Engineering, or an ITI qualification as a Civil Draftsman. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
