About the Role
The Fiber Technician role involves managing customer service requests and installations related to fiber optic networks. The technician is expected to diagnose and resolve issues within the fiber network, maintain high service standards, and provide excellent customer support. Coordination with internal teams is essential to ensure reliable network performance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process service requests and installation assignments.
- Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic network connections.
- Deliver high-quality service and customer support consistently.
- Work collaboratively with different teams to sustain network reliability and performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualifications include 10+2, ITI, Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic), B.Tech, or any degree.
- Experience range from freshers up to six years is acceptable.
- Age must be between 18 and 35 years.
- Possession of a valid driving license for a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory.
- Must own a 4G or 5G capable smartphone.

- Updated resume.
- Copies of Aadhar and PAN cards.
- Educational certificates (photocopies).
Job Locations
Available in multiple locations such as Kukatpally, Miyapur, Somajiguda, Himayathnagar, Secunderabad, Siddipet, Bhongir, Suryapet, Kodad, Nalgonda, and Miryalguda within Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh.
