Role Overview

Join CHANEL as a Fashion Operations Intern supporting the enhancement and rollout of operational initiatives across Middle Eastern fashion boutiques. This role involves collaborating with boutique teams, regional units, and global stakeholders to boost boutique efficiency and elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment and monitoring of operational tools and projects throughout the boutique network.
• Guide boutiques through training, coaching, and follow-ups to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Gather feedback from users, identify improvement areas, and compile insights for future development.
• Serve as a communication link between boutiques and global teams to facilitate continual operational enhancements.
• Develop strong relations with boutique teams, acting as a primary contact for operational support.
• Conduct regular boutique visits to assess needs, spot areas for improvement, and verify consistent application of best practices.
• Support the implementation of new processes and initiatives in boutiques.
• Engage in projects involving new operational initiatives, supplier solutions, and innovations led by regional or global teams.
• Identify process simplifications and efficiency improvements proactively.
• Contribute to project coordination, testing, change management, and performance tracking.
• Help develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools related to operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, logistics, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Based in Dubai and available for a full-time six-month internship.
