Farm Supervisor

Overview

This role requires working on-site at our farm location in Wallacetown, Ontario, Canada. English proficiency is necessary to communicate effectively within the team.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess between one to less than two years of relevant experience in agricultural or farm-related work.

Working Conditions

This is an on-site job; remote work is not permitted.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the treatment and care of animals on the farm.
• Coordinate and oversee duties assigned to general farm laborers and harvest workers.
• Ensure compliance with all farm safety regulations and biosecurity procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate quality control and production data to monitor farm output.
• Supervise cultivation activities and other operations related to crop growth.
• Carry out general farm tasks as required to support daily operations.
