Internship Overview

We invite passionate rising seniors from accredited universities to join our Fall 2026 Graphic Design Internship at our New York City office. This hands-on role immerses you in the fast-paced world of industrial and graphic design, allowing you to collaborate with industry experts while honing your skills and shaping the future of beauty.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks within the Design department
• Take accountability for designated daily and weekly assignments
• Participate in training sessions and talks given by leaders across various departments
• Collaborate with other interns on an independent Capstone Project
• Enhance teamwork, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college, with preference for rising seniors
• Available to work in-person at the NYC office during the internship period
• Able to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt within a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Strong collaboration skills
• Well-developed organizational and communication abilities
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
